Return eligibility
1. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item.
2. To avoid cross infection and qualify for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, not worn or used. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
3. Please note that the return shipping fee needs to be borne by oneself.
Returned products
Our cat collars, cat clothing, and cat toys are all eligible for returns. We do not recommend returning the cat scratch board and cat climbing frame due to high shipping costs.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please purchase a new item separately.
The exchange process is relatively long. It is recommended that you determine the product size and requirements when making a purchase, and try to avoid returns and exchanges as much as possible.
Return process
To begin returns, you can do so through love@catpaofu.com Contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
